• Cloud computing solutions
• Cybersecurity services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

4. Payments & Billing

For paid Services:

• Fees will be specified in your service agreement
• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may suspend Services for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on our website and Services is owned by OutsorGroup and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, but grant us a license to use it to provide our Services.

Developed Work: Ownership of work product will be specified in individual service agreements.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Protect confidential information using reasonable care
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent
• Use confidential information only for the purposes of these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OutsorGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We make no warranties except as expressly stated in these Terms

8. Termination

Either party may terminate Services:

• For material breach with 30 days written notice
• Immediately for violations of these Terms
• Upon completion of contracted Services

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for Services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
